Spectrum Health Systems Appoints Kristin Nolan as Chief Operating Officer

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., an innovative non-profit provider of evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders throughout Massachusetts, today announced Kristin Nolan’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

A deeply experienced and respected leader, Nolan has been with Spectrum for over two decades, most recently serving as Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Her promotion to COO reflects her exceptional contributions to Spectrum’s growth and her unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, accessible care to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.

Nolan began her career at Spectrum as a clinician in 2000. She quickly rose, holding various leadership positions across different service areas. As Chief Behavioral Health Officer, she oversaw inpatient, outpatient, adolescent and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) services, demonstrating a remarkable ability to adapt and innovate in response to the evolving needs of the communities Spectrum serves.

Worcester, MA – November 15, 2016 – The Commonwealth’s top lawyer, Attorney General Maura Healey, praised Spectrum Health Systems during its recent annual meeting held on Oct. 13 at The Beechwood Hotel in Worcester. Spectrum’s Peer Mentoring Program Recognized by the U.S. Attorney’s Office at the New England Reentry Conference

Worcester, MA – November 14, 2016 – On November 1st, Spectrum’s State Director of MA Correctional Services Earl Warren presented at the New England Reentry Conference, a first-of-its-kind gathering of federal reentry professionals from across the region, held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. The conference was organized by the six New England United States Attorneys to highlight regional initiatives that are improving outcomes for returning citizens. Spectrum was asked to participate in a plenary discussion of federal reentry grant programs by U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Carmen Ortiz.
