“As the needs of our community continue to grow, so does our team,” said Kurt Isaacson, CEO of Spectrum Health Systems. “Top-notch talent and strong leadership is essential to combatting the opioid epidemic and providing the most innovative and effective addiction treatment possible.”

Blanchard, MA, LMHC, joined Spectrum as an intern in 1999. By 2000, she had transitioned to intake manager and was completing her degree in psychology. Blanchard continued to grow within the company and has held multiple positions, including counselor, program director, director of outpatient operations and most recently executive director of outpatient and inpatient operations. In her new position, Blanchard will develop new programs for clients, improve access to treatment and continue moving the company into the new era of addiction treatment and recovery – to include a strong focus on behavioral health.

“We are immensely proud of the internal education and growth paths we’ve fostered at Spectrum that allow exemplary employees like Lisa to start as an intern and reach the level of vice president,” noted Isaacson.

This year has been a notable one for company growth, as Spectrum also recently welcomed Sherry Ellis as chief operations officer and David Nefussy as vice president of business development while opening three outpatient treatment centers.

Spectrum Health Systems is committed to recruiting top-talent and providing its valued employees with education, growth opportunities and a rewarding career. For more information and current job openings, visit https://spectrumhealthsystems.applicantpool.com/jobs/.
