Spectrum operates 14 therapeutic community programs serving 2,766 male and female offenders at 12 state facilities across the state, including two integrated treatment programs for offenders with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. In addition, provides aftercare services in 41 community-based locations to offenders on probation or parole and statewide counseling services in 51 community correction sites.
