Started with the goal of breaking down the silos that exist in the current health care system, BHPMW provides an integrated system of treatment services centered on addiction, mental health and social health, expanding the capacity to address the overall behavioral health needs of clients served in the MetroWest and Central Massachusetts regions of the state.

Dr. Celestin holds certifications with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Medical Subspecialties, with a specialization in Pain Medicine.
